Great Experience!

My co-worker and me were on a quick road trip and this place was perfect even for a longer stay! Comfortable accomodations, awesome Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace with a monitor, and a host that was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return!

I was comfortable - just as advertised!

Needed to be in this part of north Dallas to take care of some family issues. This house was way more comfortable, roomie and accommodating than a hotel. It was nice to be able to “get away” in the evening after a couple of trying days. This was the correct decision.

We gather between Thanksgiving and Christmas to celebrate Thanksmas. This year it was held in Frisco, Texas. We enjoyed our stay at Cozy on Christie. Food, family and fun! The only thing that could have been better was the weather, but no one has control over that.

Shopping Trip

Friends shop every July before school starts. We have done this for thirty plus years. Staying here gave us room to visit together, play cards and just enjoy being together. The location was perfect for shopping and return to a nice quiet neighborhood in the evening.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting some DFW area friends over New Year's weekend - it was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed! The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was a fun and comfortable place to hang out. There were even toys in the bunkbed room for my friend's 2 year old, which was such a fun surprise for her! I really enjoyed the very large, gorgeous park directly behind the house for taking morning walks. The neighborhood was nice and it was convenient to both good places in Frisco and getting to Allen/Plano/other nearby suburbs. Check in was easy and Joe was very communicative in the days leading up to the stay. I would recommend this place!
