Not good if you’re picky or for a long stay.

The room had a weird smell, like smoke, I had to ask 3 times to get the shampoo, body wash and conditioner refilled because the bottles were empty when I checked in and there was trash from a birthday decoration. Staff was good I only spoke with Angel and he was polite and helpful. Pool and gym were clean. When I booked it said it had breakfast included turns out it didn’t 😒.

The hotel is older, but very clean. Location was great for our conference at the Kay Bailey Convention Center. My only complaint is the clientele at the hotel is a little rough. Overall, I would stay here again.
