The apartment complex performs maintenance and cleaning for shared amenities like pools and gyms as needed.
While we provide basic amenities (such as hand soap and toilet paper), additional supplies for long stays should be purchased independently."

You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.

To comply with legal and HOA regulations, the primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. By completing this reservation, you agree to our rental terms and commit to signing a rental usage agreement.
