The room was older, but very spacious. I couldn't get the hot water hot enough in the tub, but the shower could get as hot as you want. The shower area was pretty small and the lighting wasn't great (no overhead light in the shower). But the room was big, the living room was very big for a hotel. I liked the staff at the front desk as well as the woman making the omelets in the morning. I really enjoyed the space and the staff enough to make this 5 stars.

Really nice hotel but only 1 elevator was running for the entire building since we got there. They give you two free drinks for happy hour every night and the breakfast was good. The area around the hotel did not have much. Rooms are clean and hotel staff is friendly!

I think for the amount of money I paid it could have been better. There were definitely some sort of shootie remodeling in the room we stayed which made the room look very terrible. The bathrooms needed cleaning. It looked as if house cleaning barely even touched the room

We had room 908, I would highly recommend avoiding that room. It was a corner room on the top floor (we requested the top floor but never would have in hindsight). The problems with 908 are as follows: 1. The room is located right near a service elevator so you hear a very loud whirring sound (almost like a power drill) at all hours of the night and morning. It was not a soft whir, it was loud enough to keep us awake and wake us constantly. 2. The cleanliness leaves a LOT to be desired. My 1 year old could not crawl on the floor without his knees, toes, shins, and bottoms of his feet turning BLACK. It literally looked like he crawled in a chimney. The floors to the naked eye look “fine” .. but they need to triple shampoo/deep clean them or better yet, rip the carpet out and start over. It was disgusting how filthy they were. We all wore shoes inside because parts of the carpet felt wet, some felt almost gooey/tacky, but all of it was just absolutely filthy. There’s also a LARGE dark red stain near the pull out couch on the ground, it was a little creepy looking. Couldn’t tell if someone spilled an entire bottle of wine or lost significant blood. 3. The king bedroom air vent does not blow air very well. The room with tbe double beds down the hall (same hotel suite) blows great, you can feel it from 10 feet away. But our kind bedroom you could put your hand in front of it and not feel it. The room was about 78° until 4am. Overall, this hotel needs bedroom updates big time
