Gatsby Getaway ~
This unique place has a style all its own with a modern art deco 1920's Gatsby theme and hidden speakeasy with a bar, pool table, foosball table, dart board, vintage arcade game, board games, bag toss and axe throwing.

Stock Tank Pool ~
Kick back and soak up the good life! Our stock tank pool has a heater, is 2ft deep, chlorinated and open all year round. Use it to cool down in the Texas sun as a pool or turn up the heat in the winter and use it as a hot tub (no jets). *If you’d like the pool to be heated during your stay, there is an additional charge of $50 per day. Please let me know in advance, as I will need to start the heater before your arrival.


Neighborhood~
Our charming neighborhood is currently going through a transformation. It is one of the original neighborhoods in this lake community that is rapidly growing as our city grows. The street is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Enjoy the private driveway parking located in the back entrance of our property through its alley entrance.

Home~
Our recently updated home is completely stocked with everything you need for your large group. Each room includes a TV, Fan, hangers, black-out curtains, luggage rack, and a light up mirror vanity to get ready with or it can serve as a workspace. Our kitchen comes completely equipped with everything for a family large group to cook with.

***Please keep in mind the attached bathroom is connected to the larger, double-bed room, not the primary with the king bed.

*** 4th bedroom is the living room area with a sleeper sofa.

Entertainment~
We believe that entertainment is essential, which is why each room comes equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to watch your favorite shows and movies on streaming services. We do not currently have cable tv, but we also provide a plethora of boardgames, outdoor games, are our speakeasy room includes a vintage Pac-Man arcade game, pool table, foosball table and dart board. We also have a record player that doubles as a Bluetooth speaker and radio.

HOUSE RULES:
*No large parties or unapproved guests.
*No drinks on the pool table.
*No smoking/vaping inside. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee for any additional air treatments needed due to smoke smell.
*No fires in the indoor fireplace.
*No glitter or confetti.
*No tape on walls or wallpaper. You will be charge for damages.
*Pets must be pre-approved.

We’ve created a fun and unique space that’s perfect for celebrations and memorable getaways. However, we kindly ask that guests respect our home and our neighbors by adhering to our house rules. We do not allow large parties, unapproved guests, or smoking of any kind indoors. Please note that a fee will be charged if these rules are broken. Help us keep this special space enjoyable for everyone!

Around town~
Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. Just 1.5 miles away from the house you will be able to find a shopping center with big box stores like; Target, Marshalls, PetsMart, Ross, Home Depot and more. There are also many dining places for you and your family to enjoy.

Attractions~
In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Grand Prairie has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Lynn Creek Park at Joe Pool Lake features boat ramps, waterside restaurants, picnic areas, beach areas, volleyball courts just a 1.5-mile drive! For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, Andretti Indoor Karting, Bolder Adventure Park and Main Event are located 4 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 11 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor, both 10 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!
