Generally clean room. Staff was friendly and accommodating despite not following up on my request to have the maintenance team repair hot water in the shower. Two days of cold showers was brutal. Not likely to stay here again.

Staff is nice and professional, however property management needs to step up with maintaining their property. Carpet is fraying, filter replacement is past due, pencil markings to affix bathroom mirrors are still on the wall, carpet needs to be replaced, windowsills need attention… we seriously don’t know how this place keeps its Hyatt name.

Great location. We had a baseball tournament across the street so it was extremely convenient to cross the street to the park. Hotel was very nice, clean. The breakfast was great and the lady running breakfast were amazing. Very friendly and kept everything flowing and clean. Great service! Front desk was very friendly at check in as well.

Re-training the staff is needed. The man who checked me in and light skinned female who checked me out were both rude, not friendly with their attitudes and replies during my stay. Bed was hard as a rock and shower/tub drain seemed clogged as I'd shower but be standing in water. The location was convient, which was nice and the room setup was also nice.

This was a really good value for the price. The hotel was very clean, the staff so friendly. We had a great breakfast that was included in the price. It’s in a safe area where you can walk to restaurants. I was right next to the Katie trails so I could go jogging in the morning. Seriously this is a great hotel And I will definitely be back.

The Hyatt House Uptown is located near downtown in as safe walkable quiet neighborhood. It is a 4 story boutique type all suite hotel. The suites come in a variety of configurations. Mine was 2 Queen beds, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator and sofa. Bedding/ was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a pool, fitness center, meeting room, and laundry room. Some of my least favorite things about the property were no airport shuttle, no restaurant and 30.00/day parking.
