Generally clean room. Staff was friendly and accommodating despite not following up on my request to have the maintenance team repair hot water in the shower. Two days of cold showers was brutal. Not likely to stay here again.

Hotel staff made check in easy. Room was clean and good size for daughter and I. Free breakfast was good and offered several options. Tammy is a great asset to your hotel. Greeted everyone who entered the dining room and always had a smile on her face. My reason for not rating excellent is the comfort of the bed. It was quite firm and we woke up a little stiff. We would most likely stay here again if visiting downtown Dallas.

I will never stay at this hotel again , it was my first and last ! I got woken up the first morning of a man opening my door at 930am with a do not disturb sign on it saying he had to fix something ! I have daughters in that room! The day I checked out that morning I had housekeeping opening my door at 9am! We were still in bed both times it happened ! I told downstairs and they did nothing I shouldn’t have even paid for those nights especially with how rude there morning staff is !

The property was close to the american airlines center, which was why i booked it. But when we got there to check in 2 hours past check in time our room wasnt ready! There was a whole lobby full of people thar couldnt get in there rooms. We all had to get ready for a concert in the lobby bathroom which is ridiculous. Finally before we left the hotel the front deck said if you booked with a travel site we had to swipe our card again and then we got a room. Why didnt they just swipe the card for incidentals when we first got there?
