Nothing! I didn’t like the way the air conditioner unit it was making so much noise that my fiancé and I couldn’t sleep, we drove from East Texas to Dallas to visit! That air conditioner unit needs to be fixed!

Staff seemed to be uncoordinated, at first they couldn't find the reservation and then when they found it they charged me $100 extra, they said it will be refunded in 2 or 3 business days, but this is the first time that has happened and they couldn't explain what it was for. Another person was checking in and they were only charged $50, with the comment that it was for "incidentals". Is a new this policy when I use Travelocity?

The Breakfsst menu needs updating such as a waffle machine, are make sure the one u hve works 4 ur guest.. Had 2 spend more funds on breakfast due 2 lack of equipment not working properly..
