The person that checked me in was nice and helpful. I wanted to check in at lunch time but they did not have a room available. They let me store some stuff until the room was ready which was well ahead of the typical check in time. My complaint is that the safe in the room did not work. Also for some reason you need a room key to go in the front door. I went in and out several times on Friday afternoon but after shift change the person was very rude. She told me I needed to read the sign and use the key card. I said I came in numerous times already without a card so you can’t expect me to know I all of a sudden need to use the card. This was the main entrance to the front check in desk which should always be open in my opinion. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and never had that happen previously. Other than that the hotel is in good condition and the breakfast was good as well.

Very nice hotel, breakfast was very good, love the dining choices in the area. Bed was comfortable & hotel was clean even public restroom was very clean, definitely would stay at this holiday inn again. Great customer service up front.
