Very friendly staff. No shuttle at the airport for this hotel. I didn't know this - so I called the front desk upon my arrival at DFW. The staff member called a sister company and they sent a shuttle. Super nice people!

The pillows on the bed were lumpy old broken down things I did not want under my head. The blanket was a mattress pad. It was disgusting!!!

The hotel was amazing from check in to check out. Still had free breakfast but no pool open cause of COVID. Alicia was one of the house keepers. She was absolutely the best I’ve ever interacted with anywhere. We needed new sheets second day of our stay. She got right on it even folded the clothes in our room an refilled towels an all. Best stay I could ask for
