Beds were comfortable. The ceiling fan was a great help in the heat. Kitchenette was nice.

Very nice, clean and modern. Huge apartment like suites. Beautiful pool! Lobby fireplace gives a warm welcome. My favorite: vintage pictures on display of Farrah Fawcett, Robby Benson etc!!

Breakfast offerings were good and included fresh berries. Property would not be good for those with allergies. The rooms had strong odor of cleaning products and stairwell as well as entry smelled of cigarette smoke even though the property was non-smoking.

I liked the suite set up. Very roomy in each room. Breakfast was very nice. Eggs were real!! Good fruit options.

Perfect for our needs!

We were taking the entire family to Texas for reunion. The suite we reserved was perfect. We had two separate bedrooms and baths, including living and kitchen space. It was such a nice Hotel. The staff was friendly and we had a wonderful breakfast every morning! We enjoyed time by the pool and I even had time to use the laundry room to keep up with our laundry. We would definitely come back.

Very nice room and facilities

Pros: Very clean, nicely appointed, and well maintained.
Cons: Real eggs.
Location: Located in Allen. We have family there, so this location was optimal for us.
We stayed one night (over the weekend). Even thought the hotel is located on busy Central Expressway, our room was very quiet and comfortable. We had a little trouble deciphering the symbols on the thermostat, but a quick web search to find the operating instructions got us squared away. The breakfast was good, except for the texture of the scrambled eggs (what do they really make those out of?).

Teacher friends enjoying a night of R&R.

Pros: We were very pleased with the hotel room accommodations, facilities, cleanliness, etc.
Cons: Room wasn't ready - had to wait about 30 minutes. Attendant struggled with answering questions and communication - very reserved. Shy?
Location: Excellent location and easy to get to shopping and eating places.
Excellent room which included topnotch cleanliness and comfort. Everything was quite pleasant other than the initial contact with the front personnel. Even though we'd preregistered and we arrived after 3 p.m., the room wasn't prepared and we had to wait about 30 minutes. The sweet girl up front struggled with communicating with us concerning the struggle with getting our room. After this initial contact - all went very well. It was a wonderful experience.
