Nice property in need of maintenance

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay. The arcade games were a hit, the living room is spacious, and the bedrooms were well sized. But there were several maintenance issues that brought the overall property down. The freezer door of the refrigerator leaks, and the guest bathroom has a very slow draining sink and bathtub resulting in water build up every time someone used the bathroom sink or tub. In addition, there is a large active wasp nest in the childrens playground in the backyard. Luckily, we checked before we put our toddler in there but the wasps made half the backyard unusable, which was a major selling point to us selecting this rental property.
