I am very sorry our outdoor seasonal pool hasn't opened just yet. We are going to research as to why it is posting differently and I can certainly understand why that would be frustrating. On our Hyatt.com website, it shows as still closed, but we need to communicate with Travelocity. We should have it opened in a few short week. The property is well located for business in the Galleria and north Dallas area. Very convenient to Dallas North Tollway, 635, and major inner arteries.

Staff is very helpful, nice, & professional. Rooms were very updated, roomy, good floor plan with kitchenette, couch, & desk. Only minus is pillows weren't comfy. There is grab n go of your choice breakfast: sausage biscuit, cereal, fruit cups, boiled eggs, muffins, pastry, juice, milk, & coffee. Would stay here again.
