We did an in-town overnight, celebrating our anniversary. The lobby was oddly placed and seems cramped, but it was clean. We appreciated the gated parking area. The room was very clean and spacious, and the wooden flooring was a pleasant surprise. The internet was very good, we were able to connect our Roku to the TV and stream just fine. The issue we experienced was that the noise from the freeway was pretty extreme. The twelve-year-olds on their motorcycles their Challengers & Hellcats were having a ball way past midnight.

Cockroaches in room, moved to a room with no working outlets, TV, or phone. Had to be moved to a third room late at night after traveling all day. Elevator wasn't working and housekeeping skipped our room. Manager was not available and never contacted us like we were told the would. Awful experience and I will never stay there again!

Worst stay ever. Upon arrival I attempted to add my husbands name so he could check us in since I was nursing my son. The front desk lady however would not allow this saying it was impossible to add a name. When checking in the facility was unbearably hot as the ac was out. We were then given a room on the 5th floor that we did not have access to as both elevators did not go to the 5th floor. When we went back the front desk the lady said there was nothing she could do so we asked for a refund but then were told she can open another room on the 3rd floor. We also did not have access to this floor via the elevator and the only way we could get up or down from the room was if we took the stairs with 2 small children, our luggage, and me being 8 moths pregnant. Once we get to the room there was trash under the couch, the bathroom was dirty, and we paid for 2 queen beds and were given 2 full beds. At this point we were exhausted from a day a traveling and tried to make do. The toilet seat was loose and broken and both my son and I fell through. Luckily my husband was able to tighten it enough to get us by until the morning. All night the fire alarm kept going off and flashing a bright green light. We could hear everything going on outside the hotel: gunshots, emergency responders, traffic not to mention all the commotion in the hotel itself. When checking out we requested a printed receipt for our records but were told they were unable to do so. I would not recommend this stay.

The only problem was with the elevator. It was slow and sometimes would get stuck on some floor and we would have to wait while it was reset or take the stairs which was not an option for my 72 yr old wife.

Breakfast was the usual fare. There is on small television located in a poor position with no sound. The room was clean, the layout was odd but not terrible. I prefer the bath to be large enough to be comfortable. This bath was not comfortable Most staff did not speak English and the ones who did were friendly but not overly eager to be accommodating
