Don’t stay here unless you’re traveling by yourself and won’t be spending time on the property other than sleeping. This place is old and showing. Rooms were supposedly renovated but are already show signs of wear. We asked for blankets for the pullout bed and they didn’t have any. Housekeeping never came to clean our room during a 4 night stay. Mold in the shower. Bugs in our room (not bed bugs though). Only half the channels on the TV worked. The one elevator that works is very slow (and struggling) and the other elevator won’t be fixed for months (when they do their lobby renovations which haven’t even started yet) per the employee I spoke with. It’s a 5 story building. They are using duct tape in the elevator to hold the number panel up and to hold together the soap rack in the shower in our room. Only one of the 4 machines in the workout room works. Only positives: Beds are comfortable and Breakfast was decent.

The hotel did not look nothing like the pictures posted. The AC was not working well we had at 68 and the room felt like in thw 80s, the "room service" was them changing the trash can bags and putting toilet paper and new towels in the sofa, the room was not that clean, our bathroom smelled like cigarettes, and the elevator was janky and took FOREVER, to the point we could press the button of thw elevator and go back to the room to gather our last minute stuff and make it back on time for the elevator doors opens. Ghetto hotel. Never again.

Pool was closed

We stayed for two nights and main part was the kids love using the pool at the hotels. Both nights the weather was amazing outside- mid 80’s and both nights the receptionist mentioned the pool was closed “due to the weather”. If I would’ve known I would’ve booked a different hotel with a pool that was open for the kids.

I was purposefully put next to weekly rude and noisy neighbors who rented weekly or monthly because the front desk agent was mad that instead of taking what the hotel offered I insisted on what was listed in Expedia.

Only if you like noise. But good service.

Con: Next to a very busy freeway 75. Next to a large hospital Medical City of Dallas. Helicopters all hours of day and night for the hospital. The fire alarm went off 3 different times throughout the day for unknown reason. No fire noted by staff. Pro: Costco is across the street. Buffet dining options near by both sit down and fast food. Daily breakfast is good. Lots of options. North park mall just down the highway.

We could not get the TV to work. The desk clerk tried to help, but that did not work. Then, the next morning, front desk could not help. They would not offer any compensation. You will not be seeing us again.

There were two elevators, and one was non-functional and the other barely worked. A six story hotel with one barely functioning elevator is a bit of a nightmare. It would take forever for the elevator to get to the lobby and it barely made it up each floor. The last day I was there a post it note was taped to the 3rd floor button saying out of order. The rooms were only cleaned every other day due to a staff shortage which isn’t a big deal, but my room was cleaned on Sunday and wasn’t touched again and I checked out Thursday morning. The staff were great, friendly and helpful and the room was quite nice. The elevator issue was a huge problem…I was there 9 days, and the last five I stuck to the stairs which was a nightmare.

My experience with the hotel was very good. The property was uplifting and clean. The room was beautiful.The only down side to the hotel was the bar. Beer and wine only doesn't constitute a bar for me. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it to others.
