Summary:
Plano is a boomtown and there is no better place to experience the action of Legacy West than here. We are conveniently located on a the quiet Knox on the plaza of the subdivision about a 5 minute walk to Legacy West where all the action there.
Furnished with brand new comfortable furniture with your absolute comfort in mind. This is the perfect place to stay for a while if you need an extended stay during any transition.

The Space:
First floor has the two car garage, Living room, dining room and chefs kitchen and a half bath.
Second floor has the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master with it’s private bathroom and two guest rooms that share a bathroom.
Third floor has the entertainment room complete with a smart TV, desk, blazing fast internet , foozeball table and a full bathroom. This room can also function as a 4th bedroom as it has a twin bed as well.

The Neighborhood:
Shops at Legacy is one of the hottest business, retail and restaraunt areas in the country right now. From our place you can literally walk to Toyota headquarters, wework, liberty mutual and more. There are two starbucks, lululemon, Warby Parker, Shake Shak and so much more. In short: You can't get a better location if you are visiting Plano.
The community is a small town home community that is safe a friendly!
It is also easy driving distance to the major sites and sports venues in the DFW area, airports included.
You can even drive to downtown Dallas in under 30 minutes

Not currently in condition to house guests

The property itself was well stocked and in a nice area. Management was responsive. That being said, the property reeks of urine and pet feces. Literally every floor smells so bad that it’s overwhelming. I was shocked to find that the manager was aware. They offered deodorizers, but short of replacing the carpet there was no real solution. In addition to that issue the neighbors were problematic. We only parked in public parking in front of the unit, but the neighbors still called and tried to have our car towed multiple times. Until this units carpet is replaced it should not be offered
