We were in Dallas for the Outlaw Tour, and decided to spend the night instead of driving back home after the concert. The hotel is in downtown, which can be an interesting experience if you’re not used to urban areas! Everyone was friendly, the hotel itself is awesome, and the room was pretty nice!

The staff are friendly and nice but the hotel needs renovation. Everything in there looks old. The bathroom water drains slowly and the sink was clogged.

The property itself was very nice. Rooms were very clean, nice space for a party of two! Customer service was absolutely amazing, all good things to say. Unfortunately the beds were really really bad. Like I’m talking hard as a rock. My body hurt for 3 days after staying there one night. The only other negative was valet service. It took 45 plus minutes for our car to be ready each time we parked. All in all it truly was a good experience minus those two things.

The valet as well as the staff were extremely friendly. Room was great. Only downside is the very loud noises from motorcycles stopping at the street lights way after midnight. Downtown Dallas hotels need to push the City to get this under control.
