Stay in the heart of Downtown Dallas in this spacious industrial loft, perfect for convention attendees, business travelers, families, and groups. Walk to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center while enjoying free valet parking, a private king bedroom, open-concept queen sleeping area with privacy curtains, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, fully stocked kitchen, in unit pool table, in-unit laundry, and access to premium building amenities.

The pool is open until 10pm

The workout facility is open 24/7

The downstairs amenities such as the art room, music room, theater, game room, lounge, are open daily 8am - 4pm.

We also have private working/desk spaces which are open until 4pm daily and do not require a reservation. They are first come, first served but there are plenty available.

There also is a Vending Machine room on the 2nd floor not far from our unit where you can buy drinks, snacks, and even some more substantial meals for the microwave.

✔Please do not attempt to open the owners closet or kitchen cabinet, they have locks on them and are not for guest access.

surrounding area. This is common in many downtown areas and they are generally harmless. For your safety and peace of mind, the building is equipped with 24/7 security, CCTV cameras, and dedicated night personnel who patrol and monitor the premises.

⚠️ The unit includes central air conditioning and is regularly serviced. As with most properties in Dallas, performance can vary during extreme summer temperatures, but the system is designed to keep the space comfortable.
