We had a late check-in, which is something we’re used to and had no issue with. Unfortunately, the experience later that night was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to get any real rest, resulting in a horrible night. For the price of this hotel, we expected a much higher level of comfort. While the check-in itself was fine, the lack of comfort significantly impacted our overall experience and is the main reason for the lower rating.

Absolutely outstanding stay. The views from my room were breathtaking with floor‑to‑ceiling windows overlooking the canal. Service was impeccable: staff were friendly, and made every interaction effortless. Amenities hit all the marks they offere spa, lounging/bar area, gym, and fine dining options exceeded expectations. Location couldn’t be better: walking access to music venue, cafés, and restaurants. It was within a 15 minute walk that was peaceful enough to truly relax and enjoy the stroll i would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Omni Los Colinas very much!! Staff was very friendly & willing to go above & beyond. They upgraded our room since we were celebrating our anniversary that weekend (the room number happened to be the year we were married❤️) We loved the ambiance of the river walk area that the property overlooks. Quick easy walk to restaurants & Just down the street from the Toyota Music Center with even more options & entertainment. We enjoyed spending an afternoon poolside during their Tiki Social. Drinks & Burger were delicious!! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience, from the valet, to front desk, to the bar staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and definitely felt like a luxury hotel. Our room was nice and the view was fantastic! We were attending a concert at Toyota Music Factory and it was one a 10-12 minute walk. Several restaurant options in the area. We will definitely come back to stay again when we have more time to explore.

Just book it! My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff is very professional and attentive, the pool has a bar with staff walking around taking orders, and the rooms have been completely remodeled with luxurious modern finishes and look beautiful.
