I am conflicted about this review to some degree. The property has a lot lf potential but lack of repairs, poor cleaning, and a seemingly resistant host management company have cause a 4.5 star property to become a 2. Upon arrival, everything seemed alright, but the issues where there. First, a broken TV. Not a big deal. It wasnt the main TV and there were plenty of TVs. Second, there was a noticable insect problem, but its to be expected. Insects like the same enviromenfs we do but when people are only interrupting the space infrequently they tend to come out in force. The cleaners did try but dead bugs lines the baseboards in the bathrooms (water attracts bugs) and my nieces were traumatized (joking here) by the sensation of bugs crawling on them in bed (and they claim to have seen bugs, too). We never verified the presence of bugs in the bed but after pulling off the fitted sheet there was literally dirt on the matress. This is weird and indicative of both insects and poor cleaning. This leads to the third point, which is generally poor cleaning. Its hard to tell it the porperty was cleaned maybe a week before our stay and only tidied up a bit before our arrival, but one bed only had a comfortor and fitted sheet (no top sheet). Fan blades were dusty on every fan, which is bad for those with allergies. Oh, and the pans were very questionable. Scritched and rusted teflon coatings are not safe for a number of reason. Management did not offer anythkng be "sorry".
