This locally owned and operated home in the heart of Dallas offers a unique blend of luxury, serenity, and recreational activities for family and friends. Situated on over one acre of land, the property boasts stunning views both indoors and outdoors, featuring lush gardens and serene water features that create a tranquil atmosphere.

The highlight of this home is its recreational amenities, including a newly installed pickleball court as of 3/27/2024, shuffleboard, and ping pong, providing endless entertainment opportunities for residents and guests alike.

This private home on 1.1 acres of land is not really in a neighborhood. It is close to Casa Linda, which has a ton of grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Everything you need is less than 1.5 miles away. The Dallas Arboretum is 2 miles away. Tenison Golf Course 3 miles away.

We supply THREE rolls of toilet paper per restroom. If you use it all and you need more then you will need to utilize the grocery store nearby.

The basic pricing is per night based on 12 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night. This is automatically calculated when you book for the correct number of guests.

House worked great for our family group of 7, ages 3 - 87. Everything was as pictured in the listing and the house was very well equipped. The common areas were very comfortable for us all to gather. The grounds are lovely - like staying in a park! Would definitely consider staying here again.

Oasis near downtown Dallas

My family and I really enjoyed this house! It was well maintained, in a good location, and had lots of activities for everyone. My favorite aspects were the pickleball court and the pond with the waterfall feature. Blake was a great and responsive host. We will definitely look to stay here next time we're in Dallas.

The house was perfect for our family during my daughter’s graduation. Common area was very large and back yard was awesome!! Attention to detail was great!! The owners even put up a Christmas tree with wrapped gifts!

Comfortably large living areas and great amenities

This was a great house for our group of friends and family. The large kitchen, dining (indoor and out), and living room made this home exceptionally comfortable. Additionally, the amenities which included ping pong, shuffleboard, fire pit, and pickle ball made this home a destination in itself. We spent a lot of our time out and about in Dallas, and we very much enjoyed the respite this home offered.

Daughters wedding weekend

My family and friends stayed for the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. This house is gorgeous, so comfortable and plenty big for all 10 adults. The hostess very accommodating and communicated perfectly with check-in and check-out. Could not have been better!! Had everything we needed and more.
