Other details to note

We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay.
NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.

Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors quiet hours are from 10pm-7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever.

No parties or events allowed

Charging electric vehicles on the premises is not permitted

A highchair and pack & play can be provided but a fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
