Good for one night

The room is very, very small and we got the largest one they had. Zero view because there is a fence in front of the window. No safe or water in the room. There is a public water jug and microwave in the hall. However, it is well decorated, clean and close to the bishops art district. Need to have transportation, though, because the area is not safe. Also, stay in an upstairs room because you can hear everything if you are in a first floor room.

Very nice but confusions with a fee of $25 where I already said I’ll just leave my luggage then come back check in at 3pm. But offered to me an early without mentioning the fee.

The manager was excellent the room excellent location OK not great have to drive everywhere . I was going with a friend so I was staying there for her but overall so CUTE nice . Neighbor’s house terrible condition that was my view but hotel was nice

The hotel is small, quiet and in a great location, with easy access to downtown by streetcar and walking distance to the Bishop Arts District. The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. My only complaint is that the room needed better lighting for reading in bed or working at the desk.

It was a simple boutique hotel in an industrial neighborhood. As a frequent traveler, I didn’t find it that special. Bed was overall comfy, but limited amenities, shower dial was upside down, no front desk for late check-in needs, and it’s actually outside of the main bishop arts strip area (5 mins drive). FYI for light sleepers: walls are extremely thin so bring quality duty ear plugs (they don’t tell you they have them in the front desk area but luckily I brought my own). I checked in late and TV kept turning on because the neighboring room apparently had the same remote so I had to eventually unplug the TV. With thin walls and to upkeep with the era of their building, they really shouldn’t have TVs.

Adorable 1920’s themed weekend

We loved the Madison!! It was absolutely perfect for a friend getaway! The room was adorable, the front desk staff was so sweet! They had a nightly social hour that you could participate in. We never were able to participate because we were already out - but I thought it was a really nice thing to offer. Check in was seamless, with it all being online and a key code sent to you at check in time, so not key card to keep up with. The rooms were tidy and decorated in the 1920’s theme that matched the rest of the hotel. My only critique would be that the walls are very thin. So bring ear plugs or a noise machine/fan if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that - our stay was perfect!
