I called ahead of time to make sure the hot tub was working and the person I talk to said yes when I arrived not only did the hot tub not work, but I was told it had been broken for a week. My son is autistic and needs the hot tub nightly for his therapy so I don’t appreciate being lied to.

There were red stains on sheets, and carpets. The desk chair was lopsided making it questionable whether it was safe to sit in or not. We were disappointed the pool and hot were not working because that was the main reason for selecting the hotel. Biggest positive was the location to the airport was very close and convenient. The beds were comfortable but the pillows could use some improvements. The TV was not a smart TV and only had cable. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The location of our room was noisy. For what I paid for 4 nights the cost was a bit steep. No pool or hot tub I give a 2 star rating if pool was working I would give 3 stars.

The floor under the sofa bed had not been cleaned or swept in a long time. Beds were clean and bathrooms were clean. The grounds were kept up mostly, but the area has a significant transient population close by. The hotel itself was safe.

They offer a pull out bed but will not give you an extra bedding at all for it. Also, we made reservations for connecting rooms and they were not able to honor that. Do not go to the breakfast with an appetite it was very small

We stayed 2x at the property on both ends of our trip. We upgraded our room for the last leg and found it disappointing for the price point. The shower head was rusty, one of the 2 AC units were not working. The furniture showed wear & tear, as well as the Jacuzzi tub had discoloration. The front desk staff was rude/curt, the business center computer ran like it was on Windows ME and I was told "It's a public computer, what do you expect?" when asking about issues with it when trying to check some email. All and all the ROI on the price was just not there.

The indoor poor was freezing cold and the hot tob was luke warm and extremely nasty. Black oil filmy greasy all around ths brim. Even the filth was floating on the foam.
