The property was well staffed and managed. Our harbor view room was specious and very quiet at night. The property is an older complex and has been maintained and refurbished lovely. We will stay there again!

I did not like that the steps and noise from upstairs room were very annoying and distracting when trying to sleep. There was not room cleaning during the staying time

Convenient location. but thread bare. Bed was squishy but adequate. Shower functional but not wonderful. Sink minimal. Our first room was smaller but neighbors were so noisy they relocated us to a much bigger room. Breakfast was minimal, the only protein was refried beans.

The room had black mold on the ceiling and the mattresses were thrift store quality in the first room. I changed rooms after seeing the black molf. That bathroom was better, but the toilet handle was falling off. There was gross stuff around some of the tub. But it was dark in the room. Loved that. I slept pretty good. The pool was heated to ablut 65 degrees. So it was pretty cold. The spa was nice.

Es caro para lo que ofrece. Ningún hotel te cobra por estacionarte en su propio estacionamiento, pero ellos si… $15 por la noche. Pero si algo le pasa a tu carro, no se hacen responsables… La habitación que nos dieron tenía una fuga considerable de agua. Nos cambiaron de habitación cuando ya habíamos desempacado. Alguna compensación por las molestias? …NO. El desayuno que ofrece es pobre. Todo es pan y azúcar. No hay huevos u otra variedad. Y la dispensadora de jugos y agua estaba descompuesta. Así que Café o Café. En general, no lo recomendaría ni volvería a este hotel.
