There is a lot to do in the area during all seasons. Littlebranch is only 10 mins to the VT Summer Festival, and centrally located to several ski areas. This property is surrounded by beautiful, rolling fields, woods, and farmland making it the perfect four-season family get away. Great for large groups. Nearby Emerald Lake State Park offers a beautiful lake for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, picnics and hiking. Fall foliage is unsurpassed here, & seasonal activities abound. Dogs welcome. Night Sky: The night time sky here is spectacular. Never before have you seen the stars like you will see them here. Bring your binoculars for this, and for the abundant and diverse bird life. Listen for the owls at night - they are here! There are coyotes, bear, deer, fox, rabbits and a great assortment of song birds, hummingbirds, birds of prey and others. . . . Nearby, within five minutes drive, you can take walks of varying degrees of difficulty in wildlife management areas, hike into the Green Mountain National Forest, and see some things you have never experienced before.
