This recently renovated beautiful 2BR / 1 bath home (with brand new kitchen and furnishings) is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting your Centre student, attending a Centre sporting event, stopping on the Bourbon Trail at local Wilderness Trace Distillery, checking out historic Danville or Civil War battlefields, or touring the horse farms in nearby Lexington. Have a stress free and fun weekend in town by not having to deal with driving and parking. Just walk just 1 block and you will be at Dry Stack coffee cafe, Copper & Oak restaurant, Burkes Bakery, The Hub cafe, La Cosa Nostra restaurant, Bricks & Brews, Bluegrass Pizza, and Constitution Square (the birthplace of the State of Kentucky). We loved how close it was to the college and all the downtown shops/restaurants right around the corner. My only suggestion would be to put a blind or shade on the front and side doors! A perfect quaint place to stay

Being unfamiliar with Danville, KY we were pleasantly surprised how wonderful this location was. this home is in a perfect quaint location one block from Main Street loved walking daily to eat or to the park. The owner was very nice to work with us as we had to extend and home was clean and orderly. Beautifully renovated. Safe place. We appreciated this and will come back!

Great location to Centre College and the downtown shops and eateries. What we liked other than location: open and airy, lots of natural light, uncluttered, comfortable space to relax, full kitchen (stocked with basics), keurig, hot water kettle, good TV programming, access to thermostat, clean and crisp finishings. What was odd but 100% acceptable - no window coverings in common spaces particularly in kitchen that has windows across from bathroom.We come to Danville several times a year and hope this location is available in the future, will be our first choice.
