Was not clean and communication with the property manager was not good.

We started off bad as there was a musty odor throughout the apartment. We found old food in the cupboard and fridge. When communicating with the owner he was very matter a fact about everything we complained about.W

Darwin annual stay 2024

The unit is well appointed. You will find everything you need. Lovely location almost at the back gate of the botanical gardens. Apartment was very clean which gave us a very welcome feeling . Rui was very accomodating from the word go. A couple of minor issues with kitchen light and tv were attended to very promptly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We visit Darwin every year. Peaceful Location

Great location near Botanic Gardens. Walked to nearby cafes - Eva’s and Sweet Brew. Walked to Bass in the Grass. Unit had everything we needed. Very quiet and slept well.

Really good location overlooking the Botanic Gardens, perfect start to the day walking to Eva's Cafe for breakfast in the Gardens. Easy walk to Mindil Beach and Casino. We had all we needed in the unit for our holiday. We had a small query and Ruisito was quick to respond. All in all a good stay.

Good value

The location is out of the centre but good access to explore Darwin. Ubers were always within a few minutes - $10 to the cbd. The interior is clean but old but functional - most things worked well enough - and it’s very spacious. The owner was very helpful and explained everything clearly.

Great place fpr a family holiday.

Enjoyed location near the Botanic Gardens and the pools at the apartment very good. Body Corporate should look at some of the brick paving particularly at the entrances to the pool areas as bricks are uneven and I tripped when walking. I was very lucky not to injure myself (as I'm 84 it could have been fatal).

Great location

The apartment is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk through the gardens to Mindil Beach and market with the casino only a short distant walk also. The city is only about two km's away, so you can walk there also. The botanical gardens are right next door and they are a pleasure to walk around.

Practical and affordable

This place is a great option if you have a car as everthing is only a few minutes drive away . Its also adjacent to the botanic gardens so early strolls are lovely followed by ice coffee at Evas cafe in the Gardens. The unit is spacious, quiet and all you need including 2 pools on site. Decor and appliances are dated but functional and the WiFi works well.

Great potential but poor attitude

The unit is well located and check-in process was good. Unfortunately the ceiling fans and air conditioners were filthy, and the air conditioners didn't work properly as a result. When I contacted the owner to inform him of the issue, I was told "Darwin is a dirty and dusty place". The owner reluctantly cleaned the fans and air conditioners, and after which they worked. It is understandable that sometimes these things can be missed, however it was the owners poor attitude regarding the situation that was the most frustrating thing to deal with.
