The Parap Markets Stay | Walk to Markets & Cafés

Located in the popular Parap, this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers a comfortable and well-appointed base for exploring the city. The apartment includes secure undercover parking, lift access, and a furnished balcony with sunset outlooks.

Ideally positioned close to Fannie Bay and East Point, the apartment is also a short walk to the Parap Village Shops and the popular Saturday Parap Markets, placing some of Darwin’s best dining and lifestyle attractions within easy reach.
Experience the relaxed lifestyle of Parap in this spacious, light-filled two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A furnished balcony with sunset views provides a pleasant place to unwind after a day out.

The apartment features a breezy open-plan layout with tiled living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, electric cooktop, microwave, full-sized fridge, and essential cooking basics.
