Unit 205 - Holiday Isle. Live with the Gulf of Mexico in reach for a week! This alluring 2nd floor gulf-front condo is a 2 bedroom / 2bath unit that sleeps 7 with spectacular ocean views and a soothing blue and cream color palate. Interior furnishings include bedding of M-King, 2nd - 1 Full & 1 Twin, and queen sleeper in living area. Includes well equipped kitchen with indoor dining capacity for 6 at table and 4 at breakfast bar. Booster chair is also furnished for your little one. Large outdoor balcony has table for 4 and a loveseat along with two chairs and coffee table. Living area has a large flat screen TV and DVD player (as do both bedrooms). We have a collection of movies, or feel free to bring your own. There is free Wi-Fi for those who cannot leave your laptops or tablets at home. For the unplugged, there are board games, puzzles, playing cards and books. Beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards are there for your use. Covered parking with direct access to unit, no stairs or elevator necessary.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.

Beautiful property on Dolphin Island

Well kept condo, we loved the large outdoor space! A couple of disappointing things were that there was no extra bedding for our granddaughter to stay with us. And the boardwalk was closed for maintenance, which was understandable! We would definitely stay here again!

Dauphin isle stay

We really enjoyed this property. Very cute and clean with lots of extras in the room. We loved that there were beach toys to use in the closet and videos to watch. Also enjoyed the personal reviews of what to do on the island. The view was nice. My only problem was that one of the oil rigs in the distance had some sort of monotones alarm going off every couple of mins, and while sitting on the balcony, it ruined the peaceful setting. Hopefully that isn't always the case and was just something happening this time. This was our 1st trip to dauphin and we really liked it. Thanks again.

Quiet Getaway

Checkin/checkout was super easy. The provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys were an amazing bonus. The outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance, that was a bummer. We spent most of the time at the beach, so it all worked out.

Easter getaway.

The property was perfect for a long weekend. Very clean and modern. It was like we had a private beach. We locked our key in the room with in 10 minutes of our arrival and the frond desk was so sweet. Make sure you get your groceries before you hit the island, especially on a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Took family to beach for spring break. We did like this place and felt safe with gated community. When we checked in there were towels left in washer in put in dryer and had to find toilet paper roll for our bathroom. Otherwise all was clean. Was close to beach. Thanks for the stay.

Peaceful rest

This condo was so cozy and the perfect place for my daughter and I. We were seeking rest and relaxation and dauphin island delivered. The condo was decorated beautifully. The resort felt safe and relaxed atmosphere. A bit of a lengthy walk down to beach but was an easy walk due to the boardwalk. We loved every minute of this vacation and will definitely return to condo 205 at holiday isle resort!

Beautiful property with great view of the ocean

Our family had a great week. This was our first time traveling here and we definitely want to go back. The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The only issues we had was a smell in the master bathroom that seemed to be coming from the toilet plunger, it didn’t look dirty but there was definitely a smell in there. There was also broken glass behind the entertainment center when we arrived, we had discussed reporting this but never did. Overall it was a great experience!!
