Seafari - Cozy Seaside Beach Cottage just a walk to the Gulf.

Seafari is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-side cottage on Dauphin Island's Gulf of Mexico beach. This cozy beach home is just a few hundred feet from the water, with no busy streets to cross. Very quiet area. No crowds. This beautiful beach home has a partial gulf view. This home is pet-friendly (by prior written arrangement) and will accommodate up to six persons. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 twins and 1 double bed. The house has plenty of deck space to enjoy the sun and a lower covered deck to relax out of the sun

As with all of our Dauphin Island homes, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is here.

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25 and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission, approved by insurance policy. 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog per stay applies.

The house is cute and was very clean. The stocking of dishes, pots and pans however leave a lot to be desired so bring your own! The cabinets are a mess and the items in them are extremely worn for the most part. The door locks also need to be replaced as they seem old and dont always line up with the jam to lock properly so that definitely needs to be addressed! The location cant be beat and overall we had a nice stay and would stay there again!

Enjoyed our trip

The house was just as pictured. We loved the view. The only drawback was having to walk behind the house and through the middle of all the houses in front of us in the sand to get to the beach. The 2 houses at the end of the road have blocked off beach entry from the road. It was annoying and there are a lot of sand spurs. So have shoes you can walk in sand. This is not the fault of the house owner but it would have been nice to know this fact before we rented.

Cute Home, Great location!

The home was clean, well stocked and just a few steps from the beach access point. It’s also just a couple blocks from many of the shops and restaurants on the island. If you’re staying here, you do not need to bring or purchase any beach supplies. This home has it all - sand toys, chairs, umbrella, and even a fishing rod. The house had great AC, was tastefully decorated, had comfy beds and sofas, and just overall a great place to stay. The management company provided great communication for check in, check out and even checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. 10/10

Excellent beach cottage

The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! There is a closet full of beach umbrellas and toys, and the house is stocked with towels, so we were able to pack light and leave all these things at home. Really great location — beach is at the end of the short street. Definitely the perfect cottage for an easy, fun vacation to the beach!

We arrived to a unclean home with a horrific smell permeating throughout the entire home. The walls are full of holes and marks. The bed were sandy and uncomfortable. The fridge smelled of rot. Cannot believe what we paid for this dirty home. The cabinets has smears all over them that I very easily wiped off with a wet wipe - so clearly no real cleaning had been done before we arrived. I do not recommend

Great weekend getaway

Very clean, charming cottage. The host thought of everything you could possibly need for the beach. The only issue was the door code but host came up with a solution. Hope to return for longer stay in the future.

Dauphin Island vacation

We could not have had a better house for the 4 of us and and labs. The house was tastefully decorated and so clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The huge deck was gated so our puppies were able to lay out in the sun . The best part was the house is so close to the beach. I will definitely want to stay here again
