Confusing Check In

We had the address to the home. When we got to the gate, we had to read a sign that told us to go to the guard shack to get a form to open the gate. Would have been helpful to have this information along with the guards address prior to our arrival. We had to ask for directions to the guards area. We saw other cars have the same issue.

Es una COMPLETA ESTAFA , la propiedad es totalmente diferente a las fotos publicadas en la aplicaciĂłn al parecer son fotos editadas a su conveniencia , NO RECOMIENDO esta propiedad por nada del mundo, fue la PEOR EXPERIENCIA, la casa estaba en muy mal estado , paredes sucias , camas rotas , incluso filtraciones en el techo de uno de los baños , el contacto fue sĂșper grosero e irrespetuoso , VRBO deberĂ­a hacer inspecciones a este tipo de propiedades porque estĂĄ estĂĄ en muy mal estado, tengo fotos de lo horrible que estĂĄ actualmente esta propiedad

Very nice but fell short on cleanliness

Property was very nice at first glance when you first walk in. Once we started to settle in we saw how dirty it was. Banister was supposed to be white but looked gray(we wiped it down). The bathrooms all had what looked like candy wrapping in corners. Almost every wall was so dirty we didn’t even want to go near them. One of the beds was broken, the ceiling in one of the upstairs bathroom still had evidence of a leak, the closet door was off the hinge on downstairs bedroom. We were disappointed because the house is so beautiful but needs a little more care before guests arrive. We emailed about house being too cold for our 90 year old mom and got no response

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and centrally located to our needs for the week. Quiet neighborhood. No issues at all. Would highly recommend this spot. Hope to come back next year.

Beautiful neighborhood and area but this property needs deep cleaning!

The property location is nice and the neighborhood is good location (gated community). Overall, I was dissatisfied with this property. My family and I booked our stay in September. We had seven adults and four children (ages: 6, 5, and two 3 year olds). The bedroom upstairs had carpet. We had the two 3 years old in Snow White room (two twin beds) move the beds closer to the walls. There was trash (sunflower seeds hulls and candy wrappers) on floor from moving the beds. The carpets didn’t look or smell clean. The rug in the main seating area was stained too. All bathroom are modern but not cleaned. We stayed at property for ten days. I think the price of having to pay for heating of pool and using Bar-be-que grill should have been included (if you’re there for five or more days). I’ve stayed at multiple Vrbo/air b&bs and I had basic soap for dish washing and laundry soap included. This property didn’t do this. The parking was horrible. There is no designated parking for the unit. We would be parked further down the street from the unit. We had issue with getting parking passes for those staying in the house (outside of name on reservation) and guest to visit. Overall, my family enjoyed the location of place. The kids enjoyed the playground within the neighborhood but we didn’t think this property was worth the money we spent on it. Place needs a deep clean!!!

Safety and cleanliness Issues

Upon check in we had cleanliness and safety issues with the property, which took several emails and phones calls for the property owners to acknowledge. Due to the lack of responsiveness, the issues around cleanliness of the property were not even addressed. Since we wanted a clean home and weren't getting our concerns addressed, we cleaned the areas ourselves. The most significant issue was that the back door would not lock. Although I sent multiple emails and made phone calls, my issue was not addressed until Tuesday. In my opinion, this is a significant issue which should have been addressed the day the property owner was notified. Also, the issue, which was addressed 3 days after checking into the property, was not fixed. I would be cautious of reserving this property due to the issues which were not a priority for the property owner to address.

Very nice!

Great place to stay! Safe area and friendly facility staff. Plenty of room and spacious. Well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, essentials. Will definitely stay again. This was our first experience and were very happy.
