5 spacious bedrooms, each uniquely decorated to reflect the mansion’s rich history, providing luxurious linens and plush bedding. Comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests.

5 and a half beautifully appointed bathrooms, including en-suite options, all featuring modern amenities, including Toro washlets and vintage-inspired fixtures.

The Estate at Prospect Park was incredible - well maintained house, so many bedrooms and comfortable beds, huge kitchen(s) and dining room, tons of seating, the list goes on. We brought our large extended family for Christmas and it was perfect. Tim our host was very helpful, and super responsive to a couple questions. We hope to stay again!

This was a perfect location for my family to celebrate our mom’s 85th birthday!! We could all stay together plus host an open house in her honor!! The home and views are stunning, the accommodations are top notch and the hosts are easy to work with! I highly recommend this home!!

The entire property is just as advertised & very spacious. There were 8 adults on this stay, and we could've slept double that amount. We decided to dine out each night, but the house is stocked with everything a group could need if they were planning to prepare meals for themselves. This was a golf trip & we really enjoyed the gas fire pit outside for catching up after the rounds. Highly recommend & will look into this property again when we come back!

Amazing Home, Amazing views!

Best VRBO we have stayed in. Seven friends enjoyed the warmth and space of this beautiful well appointed home with views of the Mississippi River, barges and bridges lite at night. Easy host to work with. Great kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the firepit in the late afternoons into evenings. We plan to come back!

Historic Autumn Views from Prospect Street

I recently booked The Estate at Prospect Park for a family get-together. We are a large group and the mansion was perfect. Our favorite amenities were the 15-person dining table, the many beautiful rooms that allowed us to spread out, and the views! We have multiple tea drinkers and the hot-water spigot was very accommodating for an instant cup of tea. The mansion was extremely clean and the huge kitchen allowed us to make multiple meals for our large group. We watched the sun rise over the river from the gorgeous curved windows in the sitting room as our seasoned piano players worked the grand piano. The host responded to our questions immediately via app/text. This property will hold a special place in the hearts of our family for years to come.
