A BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM BUNGALOW WITH ALL MODERN AMENITIES CLOSE TO A PARK!!

My property is close to restaurants and dining and family- friendly activities. It is a short walk to Montgomery county fairgrounds and a lovely public park about 100 yards from the property for guests to unwind and only 10 minutes from downtown Dayton as well as the UD Arena. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the location. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and the living room is decorated with a contemporary-styled furniture, a 55-inch wall mounted HD flat screen TV with unique artwork adorning the walls. The master bedroom has an additional bathroom attached and a flat screen TV just for your relaxation. All the rooms are furnished with Queen sized, Serta Brand memory foam mattresses for your comfort. I have also provided an automated self inflatable queen sized mattress for younger members of the entourage. There is a full functional gas grill for barbecue with a reclining chair for guests to entertain during the hot summer months. The property has a fenced in backyard to enable kids play and have fun during their stay. It also has a fully automated oversized one car garage and has the capacity to accommodate up to 5 cars on the premises all at once.
My property is great for couples, business travelers and families(with kids) whether it is a reunion, wedding, graduation or business trip, you will find this well-appointed house just right. It has 1500 sq. feet of living space and can host up to a family of 8.

Mr. Paschal was an incredible host. The house was extra spacious, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the convenient, quiet location. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The thoughtful touch of provided snacks and beverages really went above and beyond! A huge bonus was the ability to use the garage during the heavy rain. Highly recommend

Wonderful place to stay. We were able to meet up with family in the area and have a great time getting together after years apart. When we got back to the house in the evenings, the table in the kitchen was perfect for playing a couple of card games. My dad had a wonderful 92nd birthday. Loved everything!

Paschal was very nice and professional and I didn’t have to wait a long time for a response. The house satisfied all of our basic needs and I liked that it had a very long driveway because we were there to visit our family and we had plenty of room for them to park in the driveway because there was no parking on the streets. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there was no garage opener for the garage so it was a little inconvenient coming in and out, you couldn’t really enjoy the large backyard because there was no sitting areas/seating, the yard needed attention and also the cabinet where all the pots were was partially blocked by the stove so it was a little difficult getting them out. I’m not complaining though. We made the best of it and overall it was a good place to stay and we also felt very safe there and had a memorable time!

The house is very clean and comfortable. We had snacks and some beverages provided which came in handy. 15 minutes from the University of Dayton. My 92 year old father came and he could easily navigate around the house with his walker.The bathtubs are slippery though and can be challenging. My suggestion to Paschal is to please check that everything is working. The bedroom by the kitchen- the lamp does not work. And the fan remote in the living room was not functioning.

My family of 5 stayed from June 21-23 for the air show in Dayton. The house was very confortable for our weekend trip. It was clean and smell really good. There were complementary snacks and drinks for us, that was a very nice welcoming touch. Paschal was very attentive at all time, he even helped us with some suggestions on restaurants for dinner. Lovely home

Very easy check in. Never met the host in person but we kept in touch via text. Hes very friendly and directions were very clear from him. House was very clean. There was enough towels and most importantly toilet paper provided . Even had soap and body wash in the 2 bathrooms. Parking in the garage was a bonus which made us feel safer not having to go outside to our car during the evening or in the rain. Upon arrival there was a basket of snacks, water and juice in the fridge all complimentary. Beds were comfy. Master bedroom has a TV and bathroom Nice size kitchen w room to move around in. Nice 4 seating dining table We appreciated the alarm system in the home. It would alert us every time a door was opened Every bedroom had its own A/C unit along w the kitchen/ dining area Nice quiet neighborhood w a huge private fenced in backyard If we are ever in the area again we would not hesitate to rent this lovely home again Thanks again Paschal for sharing your home w us !!

Convenient Location

The property is nice but I was disappointed with the window air conditioning. "Modern amenities" to me includes central air. There could have been a few more dishes available too. There were only 2 cereal bowls, no serving bowls and no skillet or for preparing breakfast. There was a stove top griddle I found but it was warped and barely usable. The master bedroom door and bathroom door both screech loudly when used. Maybe a little WD-40 would be helpful. The location was very convenient for traveling. We were near major routes that would take us anywhere we needed to go.

Perfect for us

We went to Dayton to look for a house for one of our children that has been transferred to the area. This house was great for our use with its close proximity to the freeway. House was fully equipped and worked for our needs. Paschal is a wonderful and available host.
