We recognize that travel plans may change. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, certain operational costs are incurred. Our cancellation structure is as follows: Non-Refundable Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This covers administrative processing time, merchant transaction costs, and non-recoverable platform fees. Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee. Outside Refund Window: The standard cancellation policy selected at the time of booking will be strictly applied. Recommendation: We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

We are a dog-friendly property. Eligible Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome.Please pick up after your pet and dispose properly in trash cans. Please note that additional fees may apply for multiple dogs. Ineligible Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, cats are strictly prohibited on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all individuals utilizing the space.
Guest have access to entire house except a small storage area and the garage has my personal belongings in it. No Washer/Dryer available!

Antique Charm is a beautifully restored home blending vintage character with modern comfortâperfect for weekend getaways, business travel, or longer stays.
The home features original hardwood floors, travertine tile, granite countertops, and a cozy gas fireplace. It is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay.
Guest Verification and Fees The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. A $50 damage waiver applies per stay.

Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.

The property was in a nice location and the house is small and quaint. It was comfortable and met the needs of our three guests. It definitely does have a unique perfumy scent and every once in a while you get the whiff of some previous pet. The backyard was also pleasant, but we could've done without the neighbors dogs barking at us non-stop.
Upstairs bathroom was nonfunctional due to dripping from the shower into the kitchen had to remove the potholder hanging over the island due to water coming through and soaking food that was on the island also from day, one which was Friday afternoon at 3 oâclock until Sunday there was no power in the facility due to Hurricane Helene, we were hoping to get a generator, but that was not provided. VRBO did provide a hotel for Sunday night to Monday.
The house was as listed. It was comfortable and met our needs while we were in town. Location was great - very quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants, etc in very close proximity. The only negative was the overly powerful smell of stale animal urine. It was throughout the entire house and permeated every inch of the house.
In town for the High School basketball tournament with friends and this property worked out great for our two night stay. Close enough to the arena, close to places to eat and nice home. All in all very nice.
