Located in a quiet neighborhood, you're just minutes from WPAFB, Wright State University, and downtown. Enjoy the convenience of a single-level layout with free on-site parking. Ideal for both short trips and extended stays.

Step into a thoughtfully designed single-level home, perfect for relaxation or remote work. The space is newly renovated to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Infested

When we got there the place was immediately shocking with how outdated all the appliances and furniture was. Thats when we noticed all the spiders around the house. We couldn't even open the back door to the yard because there was a massive black widow web in the doorframe. I even found a centipede in the bedroom I was staying in. Then when the sun set on our first day we noticed the mice. You could hear them crawling around in the walls and the attic, and at one point on of them charged my friend's daughter for getting to close. That's another thing, this placed was advertised as kid safe but the amount of places or things my friend's children could've hurt themselves was insane. We had to send her son to stay with his grandparents cause he kept trying to get at the dangerous chemicals under the sink in the kitchen. After I had left my stay at the property I was then blamed for damages done to the property that I know 100% were not there when I checked out of the property. 0/10 this listing is a sham

Easy access to everything

We especially liked being centrally located. This place needs some serious updating but we can't complain about an uncomfortable bed. We slept like babies during our stay.
