Happy Guests

We travel to the area often to visit family and stay at this hotel a lot. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The rooms have been updated and are comfortable. The breakfast is good but wish that they had a bit more, like cheese etc. for the eggs and perhaps gravy for the biscuits. A big kudos to the gentleman who takes care of the breakfast. He is constantly making sure all is well and clean with the area, and even offered to make me some waffles!

My stay was excellent I was upgraded to a King Suite… the room was spacious and looked newly renovated. 10/10 would recommend also it was in a very nice area the mall is 6 mins away, along with good eatery .

This is a good hotel! It was clean, my room was comfortable, quiet and very very clean! The desk and breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very simple but fit MY needs well. There was ample, well lit parking and easy access to major roads and highways! I will book here again when I return to the Dayton Ohio area. I recommend this hotel.

Very dissatisfied.

We were taking our grandson to a hotel over night. We did it close to the hospital his sister was born that day. My husband called to make sure the pool that they had was heated cause that was the main reason we selected this one. We checked in and went to the room to go ready for the pool. We went to get in and it was literally freezing. Now for a 3 year old to say that you know it was cold. We decided to pack bag up and go elsewhere. With that all being said the refused to refund our money. Needless to say we will never go back and post on social media about them.

Toilet did not work in room, when front desk was notified we were told to come get a plunger. Walked down to the front desk told the clerk I’m not an employee of the hotel nor do I work in maintenance, not my job to fix the toilet. Clerk replied with, “I’m not maintenance either my response “not my problem.” You can come fix it or give us another room with a working toilet. The clerk came to the room plunges the toilet got it working and was very sweet about it. I’d stay there again if I was in a pinch, but would not search this property out.
