This apartment was perfect for our graduation weekend at Univ of Dayton. Perfect space for 2 of us. Aparrment was very clean, bed and linens were comfortable. Host was very responsive to the few questions or hurdles we had. One recommendation we would offer is a couple fans as air movement was lacking. Once we fixed that, it was a 5 star stay. Would def stay again. Location was fantastic for coffee shop, bars and restaurants. Very quiet for being so close to tge activity up the street Adorable little front porch was a nice way to start the morning listening to the birds
Great location near the shops in the historic Oregon District. Lots of food and drink options especially for the young at heart. Rental was quiet. Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment.
The house itself is stunning. Top to bottom the original woodwork is so pretty. Any questions were quickly answered. Got back late on a Friday and because it is close to the main Oregon District hangouts parking was a challenge. We still found a spot not far and it still felt safe. There is only a keurig so plan that accordingly. Kroger is close but it is an older small one. Wheat Penny was absolutely delicious. Some amenities like cookware and showerhead need updating, if you plan to cook its something to mention. The owners are so nice and we plan on staying again so hopefully it works out.
