The staff was amazing, very friendly and courteous. The cleanliness left some to be desired because the couches left in the suites were heavily stained and haven’t been cleaned in a while other than that the property was good and the hot tub was down, which was a negative for us

Great hotel

This hotel is one of the hotels we stay at when we are in town visiting family. We are always quite happy with our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast, which is included, is very good. We love the location and a few of the staff remembers us when we are there.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so-so. They charged $3/night for parking which wasn’t noted in the reservation. Seriously?? Not that it was a lot of money, but it seemed a bit cheap.

Room was very clean. Check in was good, also the cleaning lady was extremely nice. Unfortunately we were awaken early by a barking dog.We called the front desk about it. When checking out I had to wait close to 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I was not greeted by the desk clerk upon his arrival. And when I mentioned the barking dog, no apology was given. I wasn't aware of the daily parking charge until checkout. When handed my receipt, he still said absolutely nothing. I wasn't thanked for staying, or told to have a nice day.

The staff was great. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. That said, our room was mediocre in terms of cleanliness. It wasn't awful but not great. The sheets were dingy. The bathroom only had one bar of soap. There was pubic hair on the bathroom wall. My biggest complaint is the noise. I slept terrible. All night I heard doors slamming, people shouting, people talking loudly, door locks clicking, which sounded like our door opening, and a dog barking. In addition, I am finding all kinds of small charges for $3 and $20 on my bank statement from this hotel.
