I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant, the valet were fantastic; so personable and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows so comfortable. I felt completely safe and cared for. I would highly recommend valet for parking; an additional expense but worth it. Beautiful hotel.

only had one person at the desk - had to wait to check in and out . Little to no parking - and it was street only . Parking garage was far. So we had to valet and at $30 a day it was inconvenient

The young lady who worked with us on Sunday night September 20, 2025 was so gracious. We were traveling to Michigan to see family and celebrating our daughter and son-in-laws wedding. They were just married and were doing a honeymoon roadtrip. Some of the holels placed holds on our credit card and we had troubles with transactions being declined. The young lady was so gracious and patient and we got our rooms paid for. Other funds were going to post later and they did and everything worked out fine. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.

Nicole at the rrint desk very pleasant and helpful. Jordan from the restaurant was new to the job but so very nice and helpful. Our housekeeper was very nice and friendly i didn't get her name but she was cleaning the 3rd floor on Saturday 8/30. Overall the property is new and very beautiful. I just hope it stays like this as I will definitely be back.

This is one of the nicest Hilton gardens I’ve stayed at. Friendly staff and clean hotel. No on site parking (there is valet) but parking is easily accessible in the many garages next door and across the street. Not much going on downtown Dayton, no shops or many food options that I saw. But the restaurant in the hotel was great!

Don't, under any circumstances, take a room with an "arcade view"! The view is internal view of empty spaces, and they never turn off the lights so your room will be bright all night long regardless of curtain configuration. The area is also in a bad neighborhood and between the beggars and homeless it felt very unsafe and unsavory.
