Pet Policy

Last-Minute Bookings
Same-day reservations between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM are welcome and subject to availability. Reservations made after 6:00 PM require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.

Great location

This was a perfect “Buckeye Bungalow” for my recent visit to Dayton. It is so incredibly cozy, lovely personal touches and CLEAN!! Well stocked and owners are very responsive to any issues-not many! It is an older building in a safe neighborhood with covered parking. No elevator, but only on the second floor with covered parking-a bonus! This will be my go-to place for future visits!

This was an older apartment building in a nice neighborhood, mostly made up of private homes. I'm a walker, so was happy to find a nice walking trail close by. People I encountered were extremely friendly; seems like a nice safe area. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. My biggest complaint was that everything in the kitchen was covered with a greasy film, even the light fixture. Possibly wouldn't matter to anyone except a clean freak like me. I do not recommend the company that can be paid a refundable deposit as opposed to a small upfront fee. It took around 3 weeks for me to get my money back, and they tried to charge me a $15 processing fee, which had not been mentioned. Thankfully the credit card company took it off.
