The hotel is very dated. The complementary shampoo bottle was open on the side of the tub. No coffee cups with the coffee machine. No eggs or meat with the complementary breakfast. .

When I checked in the young lady working on the evening of 10/10/25 was on the phone with someone in a foreign language. She never said “hi”, she just grabbed my ID and credit card and kept talking to her friend. She gave me my room card and only said my room number and the directions to the elevator. It was unwelcoming and rude. When I got to the room the window had been left open in 25 degree weather. It was freezing and the window was off track. It took me 5 minutes to close it. The room had some nasty elements that were over looked by the cleaning staff. The lotion bottle was overrunning with layers of old lotion and had dripped onto the floor. There overall experience was not good. Terrible

Parking lot was well lit and area seems safe. I could see people with pets even though it said no pets in the booking. Not sure if it was room dependent. Room was decent enough however it leaked when it rained hard over night. And the beds were very hard. In a pinch id stay again since everything was close by if i needed anything.

The room was not clean. Dog hairs in the window. The bathtub covered with hairs in the drain. The awful breakfast, I spent three days with my partner, and after three days we had breakfast outside the hotel. Lousy service. The women who work at the front desk are always in an attitude and treat the client badly. I paid for a service that I did not receive. It looks more like a hotel for homeless

A family came in our door about an hour after we got there. They had a key card that opened our door, and said that our room number was their room. I used to be a maintenance person at a casino/hotel. This facility needs a good amount of work We went down for breakfast. There was not even 1 cup of coffee. There was 1 cup of yogurt and a couple apples. The trash was overflowing. I would not go there again. The beds were comfortable. The shower dripped constantly. There were only 2 towels. There were 4 of us. When we went down to get more, the desk clerk said we had to bring the towels back down when we were done with them. I did not do that.

No one was there when I checked in. Waited 15 minutes to see a human. The room was very damp and smelled like chemicals. Only 2 carts available and both were broken. The breakfast area was very dirty. The halls were hot. Would never stay there again.

Don’t believe what’s advertised.

First and foremost I would like to thank Ashely her hospitality. She’s been the only reason why we were able to tolerate the stay. The other staff members were absolutely rude. As POC I did not expect the other staff member (which are POC) to treat their guest like scum. I had to ask to change my room 4 times until I found a room I felt fairly comfortable in. That’s absolutely ridiculous! The first was incredibly to small and the toilet looked old. The second room had a roach. The third room had a filthy bathroom. The forth room was decent but after my first night I realized that shower’s wall weren’t clean. They do not offer room service. The intercontinental breakfast was basic. Why are they serving gravy with pork?! One would think there would be two types of gravy. I also don’t like that breakfast is no longer served after 9. I believe 1030am or 11am is the appropriate time to stop serving breakfast. This place is NOT fully renovated as advertised. I don’t like that my wife and I could not get extra blankets or towels. There were guests arguing with the staff being loud and rambunctious. Some guest were being thrown out with all of their belongings scattered all in the front of the establishment. The gave me and my family a very uncomfortable experience. This was NOT a four star experience. This felt and smelled like a 1 star experience. The photos are just some things we seen in the second room. I do believe bugs are coming from that hole in that room.

Mattress was decent and the bed clean. Room was pretty clean too. But attention to detail wasn’t there. Cracked window, broken louvers on the AC unit, something was surly missing from the wall in the bathroom as the exposed screws were still there. The hallway was a sauna, but room was ok.These things don’t really matter all that much, but they certainly don’t allow for a 4 - 5 star rating. I guess this is becoming average.. :-/ Lots of choices of places to eat close by..

Property was dirty lobby smelled. You can change your plan needed to cancel right away. Never heard back from the manager about cancellation
