Silverleaf accommodates **up to 10 overnight guests** and is especially suited for families and groups who appreciate the privacy, space, and convenience of an entire home.
## THE HOME
Silverleaf is a real home that we have continuously improved, decorated, and customized with comfort, family time, and hospitality in mind.
You'll find multiple spaces where your group can spread out without feeling disconnected. Some guests may gather around the dining table while others watch a movie, play pool downstairs, enjoy the patio, work out, or relax in their rooms.
Instead of spending your trip confined to hotel rooms, you have an entire home to enjoy.
## 4 BEDROOMS — SPACE FOR THE WHOLE GROUP
The home features **four bedrooms** with sleeping arrangements for groups of up to 10 guests.
Several bedrooms include televisions, and each room provides guests with their own space while allowing the entire group to stay together.
The layout works especially well for families with children, parents and grandparents traveling together, military families, groups attending weddings or graduations, business travelers, holiday visits, reunions, and families returning to the Dayton area to visit relatives.
## KITCHEN & DINING
One of the best parts of staying in a home is being able to cook, eat, and gather together.
Our kitchen provides the essentials for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Guests also have useful appliances including an **Instant Pot, air fryer, rice cooker, refrigerator with filtered water and ice, and wine cooler**.
The **main dining table seats up to 8 guests**, while the kitchen bar provides **3 additional barstools**. A breakfast area offers **4 additional chairs**.

Please note that the **pool is not heated**, and availability is seasonal and dependent on weather, maintenance requirements, and Ohio temperatures. The pool may be closed or winterized during colder months.
Children must never be left unattended around the pool.

For property and guest safety, exterior security cameras are located around outdoor areas, including the **front entrance/porch and backyard patio area**.
Guests should supervise children around recreational equipment, stairs, the pool, trampoline, and outdoor areas.
