College Move-in

My daughter and I were there for a few days to move her back into the college dorm. The room and the facilities were great. The only problem is how crowded the resort gets. Because of the number of people, the elevators are horrible. At one point we gave up waiting for an elevator and took the stairs.

Overall, our stay was OK the beds are extremely firm so we ended up sleeping on the pull out couch, which was not much softer, but it was softer than the beds. I do not believe this unit gets clean very well. There is spilled milk all in the fridge, the microwave was nasty the kitchen overall we decided not to use because of this and counters being sticky and greasy. The pictures match the unit perfectly and other than those things we enjoyed our stay. The property itself is beautiful, and the place had a great view.

Everything about this condo was great! Only suggestions I have is: Needs another towel bar in the bathroom & directions to help with TV/Cable. Would have been nice to have at least one movie channel.

Excellent service and location!

I was in town for business and the unit was much more comfortable than a hotel room. The view made it hard to go to my meetings, but made the stay very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and definitely enjoyed their jobs, which they were very proficient at. Hospitality was too-notch!!!

Handicap nightmare

This unit is nicer than others I have stayed in. Although the refrigerator barely works. We lost $200 in food we bought and had to eat out, which was expensive! Luggage carts are a joke. Can't fit much on them so it took many trips and alot of time waiting for elevator! I had my mom in a wheelchair and nothing's handicap accessible! It really wore me out pushing her up steep ramps and high thresholds. Elevator for access to ocean walk out of order. Not at all Happy with the property. Although the unit was nice with great views, too noisy. Won't be back. Ana was very responsive and nice!
