Day trips: St. Augustine Beach is approximately 30 miles north of Flagler (Beverly) Beach. There you can explore the oldest schoolhouse, jail, and fort in Florida. Walk through the old town and enjoy fabulous shops and restaurants. Or visit the outlet mall. Orlando's park attractions (Disneyworld, Sea World, Epcot, and Universal Studios) are approximately an hour and a half to the west of Flagler Beach. Daytona Beach with its amazing Speedway is a must-see. Tours are offered daily. And don't forget to visit the Kennedy Space Center!!

This was our second stay here. The condo is great, it's big, clean, and in a perfect location for us. Private beach access, sparkling clean pool, with all of the beach and pool items that you need! Close to shops and restaurants, both North and South, but not too close:) We would highly recommend this property!

Awesome Vacation

What a great little beach town! We enjoyed the low key vibe, the beach with almost no people on it and the heated pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. All of the neighbors were super friendly and shared some insider tips with us. Oh, and if you like burritos, check out Burrito Works…yum.

Beautiful, well-maintained condo with gorgeous ocean views. Everything in the condo worked, kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, lots of room for everyone. Location is great, close to St. Augustine, Orlando parks not too far either. Thank you, Debbie for letting us stay.

Oceanside is a perfect location for a beach getaway. Just far enough away from town. Doesn't feel like your typical musty, worn out beach rental. Lots of space, very clean and comfy.

Oceanside - Lovely Property

The property and condo are both very nice. No fault of our owner, the weather this February was cold and windy most of our stay. Last couple days were finally warm. Enjoyed hosting my brother who came in from Phoenix - he appreciated the private accommodations.

Great stay. Unfortunately not as secure as in the past, allowing outside teenagers to use pool. Unit is nicely equipped and very relaxing. Debbie is a great host. The complex itself needs some tlc.

Beautiful condo with fabulous ocean view sunrise each morning and bonus sunsets on the poolside of the property, rate to see both in one location . Condo was larger than my 1600 sq Ft house plenty of space for multiple adults. Easily slept my son and daughter in law plus two teenage grandsons and I myself took the king suite with huge bathroom and giant walk in closet. My Yorkie was the best behaved he’s ever been, clearly he loved it all also, but dogs are not permitted in the pool area, understandably. Condo was very clean, very efficient ac, ( a must have in Fl), hot water whenever needed, beautiful full kitchen well stocked with things you might have forgotten, coffee pods, trash bags etc. if you forgot something, look in the cupboards there’s probably a spare whatever in there. Residents park under the building in secure garage, leaving plenty of space for visitors. I stayed late Fri through Tues morning, loved every minute of it and the private beach access is a very short walk from the patio across the grass and a 2 lane road that was never very busy. Excellent vacation thank you!! The host is quick to respond to any questions!

Fantastic Condo

We stayed at this condo the week of Christmas. 5 adults and our dog. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and I have to say this one was so well done. We cooked alot and she had every pot, pan, serving dish, utensils we could imagine! The condo is very spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The couch was great the beds were comfortable. You can walk to a little coffee shop and burger place. The pool was heated and the hot tub was amazing. I would highly recommend!!

Wonderful Stay

If you are looking for a quiet, calm vacation Flagler is for you. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge blessing. The condo was a very homey stay. It was spacious and well equipped with everything you would need, from kitchen items to beach chairs. The condo includes a garage spot and an outdoor spot. The residents who lived onsite were extremely cordial and helpful. My husband and I walked several mornings and the community was amazing. Nearly everyone we passed on our walked made it a point to say good morning. I could definitely see Flagler being home or a second home some day!
