Oceanview Condo-Clean & Comfy-WIFI in Daytona Beach Shores

Just pack a bag and travel to this delightful Daytona Beach Shores property with breath-taking views. This lovely studio oasis is conveniently located off of Dunlawton Ave. Our location is close to many of the amazing activities and restaurants in Daytona and in Ponce Inlet. We offer private balcony with a beautiful patio table and chair set (temporarily closed - see below). All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including shades and blackout curtains and just over an hour to the theme parks. Can accommodate up to 4 guests. 1 queen bed / 1 queen pullout couch / 1 full bath

***Before inquiring, you must accept our Policies below:
- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (21) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No trailer parking
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Renter(s) are liable for any damage to the unit

*** READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH: Due to some damage from hurricanes Ian, Nicole and, Milton, the pool area is currently not available for use, we are hopeful by end of October.
Other repairs are on-going and the listing will be updated as these projects are completed and ready for use. Please follow all notices around property as many items are being worked on.

***NEW***Balcony is temporarily closed Sept 18-Oct 31 due to Milestone repairs. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if you did not read entire listing before booking.***

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK-OUT is by 10am,(no exceptions) *All Check-out instructions are in the binder in the unit. Double check you have all items as we are not responsible for them after check-out time.
DO NOT FORGET the PARKING PASS back into the unit when you prepare to leave to ***avoid a costly replacement charge of $50.00 Be sure the balcony door is locked and the front door locks before leaving
