This charming residence at Park Atlantis in De Haan offers a cozy and inviting courtyard that enhances its appeal. The studio, located on the second floor, has an area of approximately 28 m2 and overlooks the nearby football field, making it a popular choice for football teams.

The park features a variety of sports and leisure facilities, including outdoor tennis courts, a football field, and courts for volleyball and basketball. There are also two pétanque courts (jeu de boules) and a large playground for enjoyment.

Private parking is available free of charge, and guests have access to the garden with a terrace. Wi-Fi is provided near the main building at the entrance (via a Proximus hotspot).

Conveniently located, the park is just a ten-minute walk from a variety of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops. Its proximity to the Royal Golf Club Oostende and the sandy North Sea beaches (just a 12-minute walk, 950 meters) adds to its appeal.

In the winter months, the park remains tranquil, offering a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The studio is well-insulated with double glazing, electric heating, and duvets. During certain times of the year, dogs are allowed to roam freely in the dunes, and in some studios with tiled floors, pets are permitted upon request.

This apartment has a surface area of approximately 68 mÂČ and is designed to accommodate up to eight people.

The spacious living area of about 25 mÂČ features an L-shaped seating arrangement, including a built-in bed. The sofa bed can be converted into a full-size bed (140 cm). Additional amenities include an LCD TV with a decoder, a DVD player, a high-quality stereo system, and a laptop safe. There is ample seating and furniture to accommodate more than eight people if needed.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a toaster, microwave with adapted cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, electric juicer, and an electric BBQ. Additional conveniences such as an ironing board and iron are also provided.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with two bunk beds accommodating four people and another with a 160 cm double bed. All beds are provided with duvets. There are two compact bathrooms, each featuring a shower, toilet, and sink.

A charming courtyard adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The spacious terrace is furnished with outdoor seating for eight people. Additionally, two large parking spaces are available.

For those traveling with a larger group, this apartment can be combined with a nearby studio or another adjacent accommodation of the same type to create additional space.

The town center of De Haan is less than 2 km from the park and holds a special place in the hearts of many vacationers. Here, you can experience the true essence of a holiday atmosphere, with its charming villa neighborhoods in the renowned Belle Époque style, a pleasant promenade, and expansive green spaces. Unlike other places, De Haan lacks high-rise buildings, giving it a unique and distinctive character.If you enjoy stepping back in time, a stroll through the "Concession" area in De Haan’s center is a must. Most of the buildings there date from the Belle Époque period.De Haan is a true seaside holiday haven for both adults and children. The town is proud to boast the most beautiful promenade along the Belgian coast. There are also two pétanque lanes (jeu de boule) and a large playground. It is possible to swim in the municipal swimming pools of De Haan and Bredene for reduced rate.

De Haan offers also indoor activities. The municipality is rich with an extensive sports and recreation facilities. You can visit the following centers:

An attractive indoor playground is in the family park Sierk (Vosseslag 42 Klemskerke).

This region is known for its interesting cycle routes, such as the Old Dike Road. At the park, you can store your own bicycle in the shed, and there are several rental bikes and go-carts in the neighborhood. Within walking distance of the park we find the famous golf course of De Haan, a fish pond and a riding school. The protected dunes have special riding tracks.

Hiking enthusiasts will have the De Haan to their liking. It starts with the park itself, which is laid out nicely and has some nice corners. The protected dunes have marked hiking trails, with Duinbosseswandelroute (the Dune Bushes Walking Trail) as the most wonderful of all. For information: the municipal information office near the bridge to the beach.

Small children will feel at home here. The park is fully fenced and safe for children. There is also a small playground and the park is large enough to organize activities. Through a pleasant walk over the pedestrian bridge and through the dunes you reach the beach. The gradually sloping beach has managed to preserve its natural charm and is very suitable for children. One can play in the sand, fly kites in the sky, etc. In the center of De Haan, there is also a large playground.

Just outside the park there are family and specialty restaurants, some with regional dishes. There are plenty of shops located in the vicinity of the park. On the park there is a BBQ-space, which can be used by the guests.

A daytrip can easily be included in the planning of your activities. In the immediate vicinity there are some wonderful and picturesque polder villages which are worth visiting. Park Atlantis is located just 10 km from Ostend and Blankenberge and 20 km from Bruges, the "Venice" of the North. Furthermore you can visit the town of Damme, amusement parks, the Zwin. Even a day trip to London is possible.
