Was called at a 15 until three, and ask if I was still coming. According to my itinerary, check in was at 3 PM, and that I did not have to pay until I arrived according to hotels.com, that they wanted my payment over the phone, which I gave. Not to mention, I bought a bag of chips and two sprites upon check-in from their general store and it was $12! Breakfast tasted horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The floors were nasty even walking in the hallways and they put us in a room that was facing towards the roadway and the road noise is crazy too loud to try to sleep. The beds are hard. Only stay here if it’s your only option.

Comfort in a time of family grief.

I highly recommend Best Western in Bowie Texas. It is a very clean motel. The staff was very friendly as well as helpful.

Our room's door did not fit well in the door jam, so you had to pull on it to close. The floor was very unlevel and dropped about 3" from one side to the other.
