Room was clean, check in was okay. We arrived late at night and they upgraded to a slightly larger room. Booked through expedia and it said free breakfast. Didn't realize it was a grab and go breakfast and not a hot breakfast until the next morning.

I heard mice squeeking. The room smelled weird. When we called and told the hotel about the mice, asking for a refund, they denied it and said said there aren't mice. They were so rude to my wife!
