I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. It was slightly below the bare minimum for one night in Delhi. The neighbourhood is very dirty, and the window wasn’t sealed properly, so it was very dusty first thing in the morning. The hot water didn’t work properly, although it was still warm enough to use. The towels smelled dusty. The floor and the room overall were clean. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up two floors, but it wasn’t too bad since I was traveling with only hand luggage. The staff was very polite.
