O quarto Ă© bem diferente das fotos. O anĂșncio diz "cama de casal", mas sĂŁo duas camas de solteiro que nĂŁo dĂŁo pea juntar. NĂŁo tem nada da decoração do anĂșncio. O quarto Ă© limpo e silencioso, mas muito mais simples que as fotos. Podiam alterar o anĂșncio pra nĂŁo gerar expectativas falsas.

This was the hostel where I had initially reserved and paid fully before check-in. When I presented myself for checking-in, I was informed there is no reservation in my name. They called one agent who was handling the reservation. He informed me that the hotel is/was overbooked. I was bounced off to New Delhi YMCA Tourist Hostel, a few minutes walk away from this one. Therefore, this review is for the YMCA Tourist hostel and not National YMCA. I was told the "nicer" rooms were at National YMCA hostel (newly renovated and refurbished) Anyway, where I ended up staying: the rooms were seedy. The next morning, I was woken up with strong cigarette smell in the room, coming in from the AC vents. I informed the reception - a housekeeper came in and confirmed the smell. The staff is attentive but slyly expect tips for doing even the smallest of tasks, which they are supposed to do any way. Restaurant was serving a free, but sad breakfast buffet that I did not have and settled for a single toast bread, butter and a cup of overly sweetened instant coffee from a flask. I wish I could get at least 50% refund for the overbooking mishap and cigarette smell in the room.
