We had quite an adventure in this hotel. First they assigned us a room that was already occupied. The occupants weren't in the room when we entered. Otherwise it could have been an embarrassing situation. Overall, smell of smoke was suffocating. The ventilation in the rooms was pretty bad. Pretty much everything about the hotel was subpar. It was a traumatic experience for us.

First class hotel about 15 minutes from airport (airport transfer may or may not be free depending on which stay package picked). Staff friendly and helpful. Really filling buffet breakfast with cooked to order eggs and good variety offered, as well as dinner buffet and a la carte. Attached spa and gym.
